When texting costs like 2 cents a message and you send to a list of 100 is it 2 bucks?

I have a big idea but as the lists get big you would pay a lot.

  • That is correct. Also things to keep in mind is the cost of the msg for them to subscribe, the cost for sending the confirmation msg after they subscribe, and the cost for them to unsubscribe when they choose to do so... that's three msgs just for those three things, so make sure all your costs are covered.

    • Only if the SMS Provider charge for Incoming messages. Most SMS provider charge only for Outgoing Messages.

      We have plans that are Per Message based, but we also have plans that are a monthly flat rate based on the nuimber of Subscribers (opted-in phones).

      Either way, you pay more as your list builds, but you shouldn;t have to pay for incoming messages.
