I don't know about getting backlinks in under 2 hours but one quick way to get alot of backlinks to your site is by using article marketing. Submit to ezinearticles, and the other 4 top article directories. I received over 2,000 links to my website in under 2 months using this strategy alone. Hope it works well for you also.

A couple of suggestions, use an automated article submitter like Unique Article Wizard or Article Blueprint. Basically, you write 3 versions of your article and they will submit to any number of sites with back links.

Also a very hot item out there is SENUKEX. You set it up and let it run overnight.

I would suggest senukex as well. I have never had any benefit from UAW and have recently cancelled it.

You can for sure set up some great linking campaigns in senukex in just 2 hours a day and, like dave said, let it run overnight (or while you're at work... or all the time). or you can pay someone else to run your campaigns for you (on fiverr or people from here)

You might consider "Link Robot" - sold somewhere here in the forum and then joining an inexpensive link package site - (be careful here I've heard that Angela's backlink stuff gets spammed pretty quick and they get turned off) But that may be just hearsay. I joined an 8.00/month svs and get x number every week. If you use Link Robot be sure to buy a package that is supported in the software.
Oh, and check out the Fiverr site. They offer all kinds of stuff there for $5.00 but be careful again - they have a lot of scams stuff there also. Read peoples reviews and also sort by "rating" before you buy and I also contact seller and ask questions before I buy.

PS - I wish someone had told me about some of this stuff when I started 4 years ago. Warrior Forum is a fountain of information. I didn't join in the beginning and then dropped out - that was a stupid mistake on my part! Now, I don't buy anything until I check over here first.

  I think the best option is to buy a packet of high PR backlinks pointing to your site. You can buy them here in this forum, in fiverr, elance, odesk...
  Just make sure they are high PR pages, not just the main site. What I mean is that a site might have a PR6 but the page that is linking to your site is only PR2. You need to take this into account.

with Senukex, you can submit your urls for indexing (but only up to 50 a day and only if you have a paid subscription)

  Diversification is "key" with backlinking. Don't just use article marketing. Get different links from different sources and then rotate.
  
  A good linking strategy would be to get links from:
  
  1. Articles ( Ezine, ArticlesBase, GoArticles )
  2. Directories ( Yahoo, DMOZ, etc )
  3. Forums ( Relative to niche )
  4. Press Releases
  5. Blogs
  6. Web2.0s ( Squidoo, Hubpages, LiveJournal, etc )
  7. Edu and Gov sites ( Relative to niche - if possible )
  8. Videos ( Youtube, Vimeo, etc )
  
  You can also do some SENuke runs if you like. Just be careful..

Since you are just starting out I would recommend going to some of the big names first such as Ezinearticles. Just do a search in Google for "dofollow article sites" to get a good list".

I would NOT recommend using any monthly subscription software yet since you have not been doing this long and may decide to change direction.

If you are going to use software I suggest you go for ArticleBot from Incansoft. It is a once only payment and quite cheap.

Sadly, you tend to get what you pay for with software, and "free" usually ends up meaning "hard to use", "ad riddled" and "poor quality".

There are some exceptions to this, but they seem to be few and far between.

In my experience the best low budget option for article submission software is ArticleBot by Incansoft - it's $24.95, but if you Google coupons for it you can usually find it at a discount

after building a back link campaign - what percentage do you expect to get indexed? Any hints for us newbs on where you look to verify back links have been found?
I have had some services done in the past 6 weeks and only see a small percentage picked up. I do a google search - link: www.mysiteinfohereDOTcom - any better ways to do it?
Appreciate any insight.

Article marketing is a great way to get backlinks to your site. You should also submit your website to the website directories, and if you have a blog, backlink the blog to your website. A tedious way to get 2-way links is if you personally email a website owner with the proposition of swapping links. Some will do it and some won't. If you stick with doing article marketing for 2 hours a day though, you will start to see some backlinks come in pretty fast.

Well, you can use tools to help you. E.g. submityourarticle.com, freetrafficsystem.com etc...

I used them for getting them to get backlinks for my clients and my sites. I manage to rank one of my client site #1 Google using these tools.

That Is the 63k Question, the quickest way is to use a couple of tools and there are some sneaky ways, I'm no expert but I did but a couple of tools to use, one being on the expensive side, senuke I put the explanation of it on my channel, he he shows a could example there are some other ways manual ways to do it when you look for higher ranking sites that allow comments one high ranking back link is woth more than a ton of crappy ones

Martin,

As a newbie, I made the mistake of thinking that I could put in a few minutes per day and I would be massively successful. If I can give you some advice it would be to take your time and be methodical when you build your backlinks. Even if you only have 1-2 hours per day, use that time and be patient. This sort of business can be a very real source of income but it does take time.

Use article directories as your primary tool. If you do not write or have the time, you can outsource this for about $10 per article. Most people can afford this.

Write or buy articles and start posting them, in the same time answer to forum posts and blog post on forums and blog that are close to your niche (way out of your niche is useless), if there are any directories close to your niche post your site there, make sure you can also enter a description.
