day to day task to rank Google places customers

Hi everybody,

I'd like to ask around the warriors here that do Google Places optimization, How do you guys maintain the listing after the initial listing creation and optimization.

thats what i do when i get a new client :
1. gmail acc creation
2. kwd & competitors and citation research
3. create the listing in Google Places
4. optimize the listing to the optimum
5. create citations Local directories + blogs + classified etc.
6. backlink the new citations

I'm interested to know what other people in this industry do after that point .
are you pinging the citations in regular basis,
keep back-linking citations?
creating more citations?

what is the ongoing task you do to maintain.?

i would appreciate to get some ideas from fellow warriors

    Really outside of citations and reviews there is very little to do.

    Maybe do 1 press release a month too?
