Text Marketing plus Mobile Website

I sealcoat driveways.
I would like to start a Text message marketing program.
I would like to find a Text message marketing company with a Mobile website platform.
I sign up, create a simple 3 page Mobile Website in their system and then run an incredible promotion with my keyword to start my list.
In the auto response is a link to my Mobile website.
Any ideas on which TM companies offer both Text message marketing and a mobile Website design system?
