For offline developers that know a bit about coding(not wordpress)

Look, I just got bitched at by an angry church going person about her bible study website not playing music and having issues with internet explorer and other browsers.

She was opposed to redeveloping her awful looking website that she did in front page which is an aesthetic nightmare.

She was going back and forth with me, trying to tell me how easy of a fix it was so I flat out told her, if its easy then do it yourself. I told her if she wants to get it done, find someone else that can do it cheaper. I quoted her at $125 an hour for about 30 hours. She asked for numbers of people I could refer her to, to get it done cheaper... the only people I know charge more than me.

Really, it would have consisted of adding some PHP, maybe a database, and a few stylesheets, but since she was being stubborn I was charging a premium. LOL.

Anyway, to the point, anyone out there that can do the small coding jobs, css, php, stuff for sites that are NOT using a CMS? I don't even want to bother with some of these... I'll pass these along to you guys if you can do it, no fees or commission for me, I just want someone to pass it along to.

    I guess I should have specified. I'm not looking for anyone to take a look at it, I'm looking for people who charge under $75 an hour that can do some decent coding. It just isn't worth it to me, but I would like to pass along the referrals to fellow warriors. This lady is long gone, and I hope she never calls me back. I just want to be able to have a few numbers of people cheaper than me, that can help people out that need some stuff done.

    If I give you free business you need to be pretty decent, and be able to get things done quickly and professionally. It would be nice to have a few people that charge $50-75 an hour... and maybe someone that charges $20-50 an hour. I get quite a few calls from people that just can't afford to use me, and I want to help them but people I know charge more than I do! I don't want to outsource it, because most of these people, are people I don't want to deal with!
