Has anyone tried a real estate mobile text flyers program?
I've seen several real estate "green flyers" programs advertised, where a potential home buyer types in a code on the "for sale sign" and gets a brochure sent to their phone. Has anyone sold these mobile products (flyersbytext, homecellers, housecell, etc.) to agents? What are your thoughts? The recurring commissions look attractive and it seems like the wave of the future, but I haven't seen much info posted from affiliates.
