Automates Posting Of Reviews For Google Maps Ranking

HI Guys

I have been working with off line businesses for the last 2 years and have been posting reviews manually using multiple user accounts. Well not me personally as I have a team in the Philippines but you get the idea.

I have been testing out local business listing robot and am seeing some good results but was wondering if any of you have tried any other piece of auto posting software and if so what did you use?

LB Robot is a software by a fellow WF member that will post reviews automatically for you. You can even set it to drip reviews for a period of time.

Just here to see the shenanigans.

After dealing with these types of business directory citation resources over the past few years, I can confidently say that an automated submission software for this specific task would most likely require A LOT of maintenance work, and thus a pretty hefty monthly fee in my opinion. The thing is, these websites seem to change their policies, form layouts, etc constantly...I'd imagine keeping up with all of these changes would require a pretty good development team constantly pumping out updates and what not...

In general, most of these sites are just very "fickle" and just plain "finicky" IMO, and they are very easy to mess up, even when doing them MANUALLY. Most of them require multiple e-mail verifications and often require you to log back into the website in order to go in and "claim" a business and fill out all the additional details, etc. Some websites seem to alternate using a "suite number" field and change around other important fields completely randomly, making it VERY easy to completely screw up your client's NAP info.

I've seen the trouble that automated software has when dealing with the changing policies/forms of web 2.0s, article directories, etc and most types of this "monthly-fee" software usually still costs a decent chunk of monthly change for mostly "subpar" results IMO.

But really, when you have clients that are entrusting you with the distribution of their NAP info, you are probably getting paid a few hundred dollars at the very least. To me, this makes it worth handling this specific task manually. No headaches, worry, or looming paranoia. I just don't think of it as being quite the same as simply "dropping a link" to a client's website (something that MOST offliners probably automate in someway or another for boosting their client's online presence), as a lot of these business directory resources won't officially go "live" and approve your client's biz listing until weeks later. Also, the massive amount of local relevance/geo data that a lot of these sites provide when you COMPLETELY fill out the business listings with relevant images, videos, social network links, properly claim them etc can be extremely powerful in the SERPs, both in the "combined relevance net" when done in mass, and as their own local authority presence. Designing software/scripts that handle the exact ever-evolving intricacies of these business directory sites is where I believe automation could run into some maintenance problems...

    Just my 3 cents....

I totally agree with what you were saying here as keeping up with the constant changes is challenging to say the least, but I think you misunderstood the localbusinessguy's question.

Local Business Listing Robot posts reviews not build the citation. My partner and his team are constantly updating the submission form because as you said they are always changing the submission form which in turn means we are constantly updating our script.
