My initial offline plan
So I'm looking to throw my plan/strategy out there (at least part of it for now), and get clued in to where I may be off.
You all give tons of helpful advice, so all criticism is accepted.
I will note on points where my strength level is, because I also intend to reveal my initial pricing and would like feedback there as well.
I have spent the last 2 days putting this together so I have pages upon pages of notes (but that would be lengthy and I'm not looking for someone else to write me a biz plan.
I have worked as in-house SEO for almost 3 years.
My company has hundreds (I'm sure it's thousands actually) of 1st page rankings, but alas, they pay me a pittance, how dumb am I.
I checked 2 base keywords the other day and I have over 60 1st page placements on those 2, with many number 1 rankings, and 60+ more on page 2 that could easily be bumped.
I have been building my confidence toward this for months and the hammer finally fell that I {want to|have to|need to} move now. * A little spin humor.
No games. I'm not looking to waste everyone's time, only shorten my learning curve.
Anywhoo...here goes.

I will most likely outsource the linkbuilding as it's not fun for me and many people are good at this for reasonable prices. I do have Magic Submitter but again I am not strong at this ability (yet?).
I'll take any input.
Thanks in advance.
