For about $3.00 including shipping in the US amazonservices.com should be able to handle fulfillment for you. You may need to contact them and ask to speak with a rep if you are offering it for no charge, however.

For the CD shipment I use Kunaki because you don't have to order a bunch. You can just order and ship the CD when someone orders one.

But I don't know if you can ship a salesletter with the Kunaki CD

No, you can't. They only ship out the cd/dvd that you've created. (no 1.24 in their FAQ page). A note..., they will be closed from July 22-Aug 5 (moving to a new location)

When you create a cd/dvd, they will send 1 review copy to you for free. I use them and have had no problem. Haven't checked out disk.com yet. I'll have to see what they offer.

Hey Matt,

I don't know if you found someone yet, but I highly reccomend Vervante.com. I've used them for years and many of the physical offline products I buy are fulfilled by them.

They allow you to do a cd with salesletter and you can set it up with paypal or your own merchant account.
