What do you want to know from your SMS client?

After you've struck a deal and you have a client for fully-managed text message marketing services, what do you want to know from them to create their custom campaign? I'm trying to put together a fact-finding questionnaire so I don't forget anything important. This is geared towards restaurants, this is what I have at the moment:

1. What are you doing now to market your business and how effective is it?

2. When are your busiest times?

3. What times or days do you most want to increase business?

4. What segment do you most want to improve, ie bar, carryout, delivery?

5. What is your maximum seating capacity?

6. What is your average ticket or average sale per customer?

7. What offers, coupons, or promotions do you want to offer to your VIP customers?

8. Do you have bands, DJs, open mike nights, or other special events to promote?

9. How many FOH staff do you have?

10. Are you able to program your POS to accept promotional/coupon codes?
