Help ideas for online approaches to offline businesses

Hi
I want to offer social media to offline businesses and I am really stuck for a way to approach them.
I really dont want to cold call , have tried a few wso`s but nothing really fits I would prefer some online email type idea, Any suggestions would be much appreciated

I would not start with social media, since I personally can't see a lot of value on them for a small business, I would start increasing their leads or generating leads for them via SEO or PPC, and i have created several WSO about how to get clients without cold calling
