About Selling Websites

One of my sites had never had a post on it since December last year. I am planning to sell it. How much do you think people will buy it? I am planning to sell it for 800 bucks if sellers will.

Some Facts:
1. The keyword is commercial. 5600 searches monthly.
2. The domain is exact match.
3. Never moved from the first page since launch on September 2010.
4. No PR, though.

My car broke down and I am seeing this a potential quick source of income. What do you think?

** WHOOPSIE, I think I posted in the wrong section. Mods, can you move it? Thanks.

there are sites that can help you with this. because the domain is old and exact match maybe more value there.

It depends on how much revenue you are currently generating from it and what is the CPC. Send me the details and I will see what I can do for you.
