Phone Call Tracking Provider?

I run a offline marketing agency. Which Phone Call Tracking Provider do you use and how much does it cost?

I am looking for a solution that offers Call Recording. I want the client to be able to listen to recorded phone conversations.

It's not neccessary but a bell & whistle that would be nice to have is for each call generated to say "new lead generated by offline marketing agency."
