Looking for PPC clients

I just started working for a company that does PPC management. I have to find my own local PPC leads and don't know how to target and contact them. Any advice on how to target and approach good leads who need PPC management?

    What about generating some leads for local business via PPC? and after you show them the power you charge them to manage their campaign
