Facebook privacy policies and TOS

Hi, it now looks as if new facebook fan pages need privacy policies and terms according to the fb apps user policies. My question is would these policies be the same as on any other website or do they need to be worded differently for fb? If so that will be a headache! Does anyone know or has anyone started putting privacy and TOS on their fan pages?

    Here's a sample one: Naval Health Clinic New England - Government Organization - Newport, RI - Privacy Policy | Facebook

    Seems very basic and that's for the military so I doubt you have to go through too much trouble to create one.

    Honestly, I'm kind of surprised about this as I haven't heard anything about it and when I did a search I came up pretty empty handed.

    Thanks for the example Adwords Mogul - I found it on their platform policies page which was updated on 1st July - the reason why i came here was that I was editing an app and I noticed where I's left TOS and Privacy canvas url link blank it now says we must have one so I went to the platform policy page and found this:
    II. Storing and Using Data You Receive From Us

    "You will only request the data you need to operate your application.
    You may cache data you receive through use of the Facebook API in order to improve your application’s user experience, but you should try to keep the data up to date. This permission does not give you any rights to such data.
    You will have a privacy policy that tells users what user data you are going to use and how you will use, display, share, or transfer that data and you will include your privacy policy URL in the Developer Application." Link is Facebook Platform Policies - Facebook Developers
