What is best way to embedd a non-YouTube, Vimeo video on WordPress?

I am wanting to embed client videos on WordPress without them seeing a lot of distracting videos running down the side of the page ... especially IF some of those videos might be competitor videos.
(With YouTube, Vimeo and others you have other video running down side of page)

How can I get this done?

Is there a free method of doing this?

Thanks!

you can do this with a youtube video. go to embed options and uncheck the "show suggested videos..." box.

Not to dig up old topics but ... and I have been away from wordpress for a long time so please forgive my ignorance, what if I have flash videos and my client wants to be able to post those videos, hosted on his site, on every page in assorted areas? I suppose I am looking for something akin to the customcode mod for Joomla.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
