Most profitable local businesses?

I'm in the process of building local websites and ranking them to lease to local businesses.

In your experience, what type of local businesses can afford to pay a high price for calls/leads? We all know that a pizza place couldn't afford to pay $20 per lead, but a contractor could!

Any input is appreciated.

    Any business that has a high cost per customer works well. People like chiropractors, dentists, hair salons, plumbers, electricians, etc. I would suggest going away from all of these niches though, since every internet marketer and their mother targets them. Do some brainstorming and find niches of your own that fit the criteria.

    Of the the best things I can suggest is imagine you are a business owner of the particular niche you might like to target. Picture an internet marketer pitching their services to you....what would make you go for their offer?

    Lawyers, Dentists, Breast Aug. Doctors, Chiropractors, LASIK Doctors, etc...

    Basically anyone who went to school and has a lot of debt from student loans. lol
