Why should someone choose your coffee solution over any others that are out there?

Your name should reflect that. Otherwise it's just another "catchy name" amongst millions of other catchy names that never made the owner enough money to keep it going.

Dexx, I do appreciate your cents. What I can say about my coffee is that the beans come from all over the world...Uganda, Jamaica, Vietnam, Columbia...etc. We use only 100% Arabica coffee beans...not like many other "popular" brands that mix in Robusta beans. Explosive flavors, varieties of blends...and when it has shipped to you it was roasted within 24-48 hours! Talk about fresh!

That said, I know this coffee sets itself apart. I'm just looking to see what people think of the names I've come up with.

Was going to say the exact same thing. I also remember reading a book lately or maybe a video by Eben Pagan that had a lot about naming a business. Maybe do a search for eben's videos. I remember he was talking about using similar names against each other such as the one you have above "Drews Brews" (hate the java part in the middle). But as dex said, focus more on your uniqueness first.

for me all is sound good but in my own opinion i choose UNIQUE BLENDS, sounds simple but it really caughts attentions a lot to the customers.

Hey Drew,

I'm actually in the same boat as you. I've been thinking of starting a small coffee business in my area. I recently got back from Thailand and fell in love with their iced coffee which is very unique and something I haven't really seen here.

I can't give you input as for the name because of the obvious clash in interests but I would say to go for something that immediately draws up that emotion of a fresh cup of coffee.

I know that I'm always excited for that first cup in the morning. The smell. The flavor. That feeling of standing outside, watching the sunrise come up as I sip.

Reflect that great feeling, you know?

I would have to agree on Java Bomb Coffee, since the name is a catchy phrase and sounds explosive. But if I may add some suggestion, why don't you use your name instead of some catchy phrase to your business? Like Hot Drewed Coffee or Java the Hot Coffee.. These are just my suggestions Drew, it may sound a bit funny, but it's a catchy name, lol.

Well all this is well and good, but if you need people to find your business using Internet search (and well, that's sort of important) you better know how people will search for the goods and services you plan to offer. If you prefer a catchy name over a search friendly name then have at it, but if you want your business found and all that entails then do a little research and combine the catchy phrase with some search friendly keywords.

Remember that there are a lot of searches for java that have nothing to do with coffee, and when the volcano is blowing the search term is especially unfriendly to your business ;-)

Just personally, the only one that is a little different and memorable is JAVA BOMB...

...and it repeats the "ah" sound in java and bomb. Catchy.

I gather from your post that you're selling only the bean and not the brew (as in coffee house). Right? If so I'd stay away from brew and head on over to blend (sounds yummay!).

And if it's a bean brand and not a coffee house, I too would stay away from using your name and instead focus on the unique flavor, freshness and speed of delivery.

Speaking of delivery and mail...I might stay away from using Bomb in the mail. Prolly not a huge deal, but just another thing.

So my option would be Java Fantastica!

Java Blend Freshtastic!

It's good to have something that's catchy, that can spread quickly and easily. Not super long names like "drew's exotic coffee house of pleasure" or w/e. Look at the names of great companies right now:
Apple
Google
Starbucks
McDonalds
Coca-Cola
Pepsi

Very simple, one-two words max. Keep it clean and lively and you got a winner.
