Real Estate open house website ideas?

I used mobile website to capture the biggest real estate firm in my town of about 200k people. She sent me another business referral and I have an appointment to do a website for her open houses. She wants something that looks nice but is short , sweet, and to the point. Any ideas on what I can do for her? Also, how would you go about pricing it?

    What I would do:

    Make a mobile website for her and have a separate page for each property/open house. List the information of the home on the page plus a small image of the home, get the information from her.

    Make QR codes for each property/open house. Try to get her or help her to put the codes on the print media for each house.

    Pricing varies from person to person. Some people like to charge the same flat rate for every client but I believe in it being different depending on the client. You can sell a mobile website to a cafe on the cheap for maybe 250 but I'm sure you can charge a doctor or dentist up to 1k+.

    Also in my opinion, I wouldn't charge a monthly fee for hosting or updates/changes. You should put the mobile website on their existing web host if they have one and just charge hourly for future updates or changes they want made.

    This isn't for a mobile site. I already did one for her main site. This is a totally different site. She want's a site only for her open houses that would be updated weekly. Maybe that will give you a better idea of what I need. Sorry for the confusion.

    I'm not sure I understand the purpose of that site. Where is the traffic going to come from? What information are you going to have on there?
