Feedback Needed, Huge Prize!

Hi Guys

I am launching a new lead generation system that has revolutionized my business and I need your feedback, please.

In 4 weeks time after I have had a chance to look at all the feedback I will be awarding one person a Premier Partnership with me in their geographical are (must be English speaking) on what will be one of the biggest projects in lead generation ever seen.

The partnership could be worth a cool $250,000 per year to the lucky winner.

You can learn more here: Premier Partners | FastGrowth.co.uk

I would love to know what you thought of the concept, what are your current problems with lead generation, and any other ideas that could help you in your business.

To Your Success

Frankly, I can't tell what's being offered. You ramble about a bit, then throw in some testimonials (which shouldn't come before an offer.) I don't see a hard concept that I can comment about (other than "All you have to do is email, call, or hand over a business card, offering all the businesses in your area a free method of getting more customers and business today"

If there's something in the video, I can't find out what it is without getting on your mailing list.

At the very bottom (unbolded, etc) is what I am interpreting as your offer: "
The cost for a partnership in a specific geographical area will be only $500 for the first year then $250 per year thereafter. This only applies to a limited amount of consultants at pre launch, and then the price will rise to $2,500 per year and may increase to as much as $10,000 per year.
(At pre launch only one area is available per applicant)
Our guarantee to you is that if after 60 days you are not earning at least $500 a week then we will give you a 100% refund, no questioned asked, you can even keep all the revenue you have earned up to this point."

As a newbie, I have no idea
    * how much work you think I'll have to do
    * whether it works for someone who has a pretty rigid schedule and doesn't come in contact with folks outside the (small) office environment
    * will my sales go to someone else if I happen to be (say) on vacation and leave some of this information somewhere (I go to conferences once or twice a year. What would happen to my leads if this is in someone else's territory? (and yes, these people come to these conferences from around the world.))

Picky point -- on lots of pages I see videos and graphics. I am the kind of person who won't watch a video (gulping up my bandwidth.) I understand some folks love videos and MP3's, but some of us don't. Is this something for people who like the video option or is it for others?

I also see "Appointment to premier partner status is by interview (over Skype voice)" -- so in other words I might offer $500 but you might decide on the basis of an interview that this wasn't for me? This actually isn't clear, IMHO.

Others will no doubt have other opinions. This is just the opinion of a newcomer.

That is the hard concept, then you take the leads that come to you.

I need to emphasis that it's your business so if you go away you are not making any money unless you have put a system in place to deal with your absenteeism.

I will also clear up the point that not everybody will be accepted.

      Thanks again

The site it's on is just a place holder for testing so forget about all the video's and other stuff.

John, just a couple of things really. Seems you're fine-tuning as you go. This is sort of what I'm taking away from that: it's sort of a business directory on steroids (though it's not at all spelled out that way). It's unclear whether the site is for only one business or a hundred in a local geo area.

There's one paragraph that is confusing:

I though what if I could help these small businesses drive traffic for free, prove the value, then charge a 'reasonable' amount for extra traffic and also if they needed help, put them in touch with an expert (you) to help them further. When was the last time Google past on a client to you!!!

(besides 'though' and 'past' typos )

Is there any way you can illustrate with a diagram what you're doing with this? Who's charging who for extra traffic? What value are you talking about? When you say "drive traffic" are you meaning "get traffic?" I know, driving traffic should be a very simple notion in the IM world, it's just unclear in this instance.

This is how I understand the "concept": your side creates a website that lists businesses. Local traffic is driven to the site, and leads are generated thru the site. If the businesses need more info and services, they can contact the Premier Partners.

Could you just spell out briefly on the site why you need to interview potential partners on skype?

In response to your OP, One of the problems I'm having with lead generation is getting existing customers to refer even though they seem to be satisfied with the service they are getting. I am also offering a generous referral fee. Part of that has to do with salemanship and the other has to do with clients being in their own worlds focusing on their own thing. More so the first I think. How to "compel" them without being overly pushy (which could drive them away)?

OK, first, would you PLEASE bump up your font size?! I'm not that old and I'm squinting to read it! LOL

From what I can see, you're giving them the business card mockups and a landing page and leads you get in their area (but you don't explain how you'll be attracting a bunch of leads for them)...are you doing the directory site for them too? Providing resources for them to outsource all these other ideas to?

Basically, I'm just not getting why the value for someone to join your program instead of creating their own directory site and doing something similar themselves. I'm not criticizing the idea mind you--I'm sure you've thought that through and offer some great features that make this worthwhile. But if so, your copy just needs to do a much better job of explaining that.

Honestly, the part about the IPO sends up a couple red flags for me too, but that may just be because my background is in financial services. To me, IPO = shareholders who are more focused on squeezing every dollar out of short-term profits instead of what is right for the business... which means everything you set up now could change after the IPO.

But I'm also thinking "IPO? There's got to be a whole lot more to the business than a simple lead gen service--what is it he's not talking about?"

Anyway, just my thoughts. Hope they help.
