Big Yelp Mistake - need help with yelp

Let me first say ARGH !!! I can't believe I made such a dumb mistake !!!
OK -

I have a business that does service calls from home. Unfortunately I put their home address in the Yelp listing that I created. The client is rightly upset, as they do not want issues with people showing up at their home or zoning etc.

I have gone back to the profile to change the street address several times, but the listing does not change. I can not "unlock" the business as it is still showing as unavailable.

My client is very upset, as am I.

If anyone has experience with Yelp please let me know how to fix it!

    Just write to Yelp, tell them the situation and they will change it in a few days..

      No, they won't. I have experience with similar situation regarding change of phone number. I wrote emails and requests several times, until in the end I called them saying I want to sign up for their paid program, but to do that I need my phone changed first, and the next day it was

        I had something similar happen and I wrote to Yelp and they fixed the address for me and let me know when they did!

          That's been my experience too. Did not have any trouble getting an old listing on yelp updated to the new one. I just linked to the BBB profile in the email and they changed right away.

        So you offered to sign up for the sponsored yelp and they changed the info for you?
