5 ways to market my video business - Advice needed

Hey all.

2 months ago I set up a video marketing business with a partner and am really happy with the results so far.

We simply sell "animoto style" videos to business owners across the UK that are 1-2 mins long and cost £49-£69. The video is branded towards their biz and uploaded to YouTube with SEO tags and title. (emergency plumber in manchester - for example)

Currently we contact approx 1500 new businesses per week via email and have agreed just over £5000 most of which has been paid, and is also profit. We are happy with that as we took a 2 week gap for holidays so really this is 6 weeks full time.

Now we want to ramp it up and not just rely on email marketing. I would like say 4 addition marketing streams and thats where I would love your help and ideas. Currently I am thinking...

1. Business forums - quality posting combined with adverts and signature. I have already proved to my self the forums work but not yet spent time doing it properly or consistently.

2. Facebook - I have around 1500 Fb friends that are not actual real friends, but are mainly business networkers, affiliate marketers, property investors, pyramid scheme enthusiasts etc... I could set up an affiliate scheme and pay my Fb friends to sell for me.

3. Offer my services to web designers and basically let them resell my services under their umbrella taking a profit on top.

What can you think of???

Any help would be appreciated.

PS - Once the customer has bought the video we are going to be offering them phase 2 services like social media management and mobile sites but I want to get lead stream sorted first.

Cheers
