Text Message Marketing Pricing

I'm in the process of setting up my offline business selling text message marketing to local businesses.

I'm wondering if anyone can share their pricing plans? I'm stuck on how much I can charge for text message marketing services. I do plan on offering to manage the clients accounts and also will be offering web site / mobile site /social site development via the WP Business Theme I found here on the WF.

Thanks for anyone who can share this information. I appreciate it.

Also, I'm planning on right now using Yeez.com as my private label to get started. Then once I get enough clients switching to a white label.

I'm interested in this as well. I've also looked into Yeez (I thought they were white label?) but other white label provider options please post here. Then we can see what the white label charges, and what YOU charge as an offline marketer to your clients.

    Doubt everything you believe.

It appears that in a package deal it's running maybe a nickle a message for the overage. Maybe 500 messages for $99 as well as access to the system. However I think you need to focus on what the package offers rather than the cost of the messages.

    Thanks Bruha,
We'll give you a ton of insight on this in our Private label training series and webinars. We share what is working and what's not, and give you some very specific tools to sell.

As for the thread, there is no one right price. Much depends on what you are selling (SMS, Mobi Website, Social, SEO) and how you are positioning yourself (reseller, consultant, managed service, etc). The key is not only to match the price to the value you bring, but to play to your strengths. There are so many options for pricing, models, etc and we see success using almost polar opposite approaches. Some resellers are having success with free trials, while some are having success getting 4-figure commitments up front (2-3 month commtiment).

Good luck, and welcome to the YeeZ family.

I recommend that you create your SMS pricing packages based on the number of keywords and UP TO XXX amount of messages per month. For example if you charge $25 per month for a keyword and .10 per SMS you can package

      1x Keyword
Up to 500 SMS per month
      $75 per month

      2x keywords
Up to 1000 SMS per month
      $150

Pricing at .10 is easy to do but then mask it with this statement:

      " Additional SMS at .06"

When volumes get higher, drop the rate:

      1x Keyword
Up to 5000 SMS per month
      $285 per month

When dealing with Car Dealers and Real Estate, don't use "messages" or "SMS per month" use the term "LEADS" since that is in fact what they will be getting (if you are using a forward system to notify the dealer/broker)

There is no doubt that text message marketing is the future of small business marketing. It is the most cost-effective and simple to use tool since e-mail.
If you can type, you can be a mobile marketer today. It is time to start texting your customers and the offers they want, you should be the one to decide on the price.thank you.

They way I figured out my pricing was I set up a spreadsheet and figured out what I was PAYING for everything from text messages to keywords. Then, I decided on a profit margin that I wanted and boom, that was how much to charge.

I set up a bunch of different options and plugged in the numbers I was paying and the profit margins I wanted and the option prices were all figured for me.
