Best mobile script for creating local mobile business directory

I remember seeing a wso once for a mobile script that would allow people to login and create their own mobile business listing

I have seen a few around but basically they just add a link where this one actually allowed them to add their business information.

I thought about this one for a bit but decided against it - mainly because it would require duplication - needing two seperate sites - one for desk and one for mobile -
