Offline Client help

I just got a call from a lady that would like me to help her with some ebay listings for her store. She wants to have nice looking listings, she told me she wanted them to look like this: 3 TCPglobal HVLP SPRAY GUNS SET-KIT Paint your own Car! | eBay

I've never done anything like this before, so how do I go about getting her a template like the one above, and what kind of price should I do this for?

    If your making it from scratch I'd charge $200.00 because its basically 1 page.

    If you can build sites from stratch you should have zero issues with this.

    I haven't sold anything on ebay for the past year so things may have changed. But i remember having to create a html template (1 page) for the listing.

    There are lots of html builders out there. The only other thing you may need is photoshop to create the graphics then code it it.
