I know most of this forum is about internet marketers trying to sell offline businesses shiny objects.. but what about the marketers that want to start their own "offline businesses"? Can we discuss that stuff too?

i.e. I've been dabbling a little in real estate lately, wholesaling properties. I'm actually considering selling my offline company (or at least taking a significant step back and hiring a manger to pursue it more full time). Is anyone else doing anything similar?

I'd like to start a thread that talks about what else you do OTHER THAN "internet marketing consulting" or the like.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

    Interesting William, can you tell me a little more about them?

    Basically what I'm doing is finding Investors that want to buy properties in a certain demographic, then establishing a relationship with them. And, since I generally have a great eye for a deal, I plan on buying up some of those types of properties and then assigning the contracts to the investors for a nominal fee.

    You could probably get ideas for marketing potential offline businesses, but in terms of actually discussing offline business ideas etc. you may want to look for a poor Entrepreneur-oriented board for more support?
