Software for Billing, Client, and Sales Rep Management

What software are you guys using for billing, client and sales rep management? We're considering using WHMCS - The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support Solution, but the only sales rep management option they have is an affiliate setup, and we need something a bit more flexible.

  • I used to use Curdbee and still think it is a great option for small shops, but recently I switched to Zoho.

    I'm really impressed with it. I use a combination of Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice to manage A/R A/P and my sales team. I can coordinate 16 sales reps without a problem.

    It may be overkill for what you are doing, but I like it.

    • Hi i use SAGE accounts this is one of the best invoice and billing software i've ever encountered albeit i have'nt encountered alot i believe they currently offer a trial its defo worth trying out i'm sure you will be happy with it.

    • Sage are very good. There is nothing they can't put together for you.

      Not sure how well represented they are in the US though as I see you are in Seattle.

      Seems a slightly different product line.
