Using a Wiki, Dropbox, Evernote to communicate..

Does anyone use a Wiki, Dropbox, Evernote, etc to communicate with team members?

Right now I use Jing to capture screen images and then make notes on them for visual communication. I share them on Dropbox and Evernote. I also use Jing to record short videos on my screen.

I want to set up a Wiki so I don't have to explain everything over and over. Has anyone else done this? I don't know how to start.

    I don't have much experience with Google Docs.

    I currently use the Trunk Notes app on my iphone. It is a personal wiki for taking notes and has been extremely useful. I like the idea of a wiki because I can share it easily and it seems like it would be easy to organize and search for information.
