My Value Proposition - Needs Work

Hey guys I am targeting people in the hospitality industry (clubs, pubs and restaurants) and I will be doing Facebook campaigns for them. My Value proposition at the moment is
For business owners in the hospitality industry it is often difficult to communicate with the customer after they have left your premises. About 90% of a typical business owner's marketing budget goes towards spray and pray advertising, with little left for an effective marketing strategy. Clockwork Marketing can improve the relationship with your customer while they are at home, at work and even while they are on their mobile device. We create a community around your business so you don't have to. In doing so we are effectively lowering the acquisition cost of a customer. Which will of course lead to an increase in your bottom line.

I am really finding it hard to differentiate myself from people offering similar services to mine. The only thing I have found is we offer a guaranteed 500 likes with in the first 30 days or your money back, but I don't feel I can just go on just that. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it as I will be presenting next week.

Thanks for your time

You could play up your target market as a usp:

Specializing in ... for clubs, pubs and rest.
    or
Exclusively for clubs, pubs and rest.

Then sweeten the deal with the 500 likes guaranteed. If you don't see any local competitors offering this (the 500 quantity, or within 30 days or the guarantee) then you can play it up as the "only ... provider..."

I'm assuming these are local, targeted likes since it's within 30 days? That's harder to come by and extremely valuable. Many can get 500 likes in 5 days or less, but they're not targeted for the local business.

Well I have sent out a mailer offering a free seminar on Facebook to my target audience I would then go to there business present my presentation and then have a sales pitch to become there social media consultant, then I would tell them why I am different to all the other social media businesses.

I've been on the other side of the desk before as marketing director for a couple regional restaurant chains. The two things that are most important are...

    1. ROI = Return on Investment. If you can show me how much money I will make because I invested a little money with you, I would be a lot more interested.

    2. CONVENIENCE = Is this something I know I should already be doing but I don't have the time to do it? If so, and you can make my life easier while also making me look better to my bosses, that's good for all of us.

I have showed them about the convenience of me doing it through my presentation but ROI I am finding a little tricky.
