There are a few different ways to do this, but I would recommend signing up as an affiliate for HostGator or some other hosting company and that way your client will have full control over their site if they ever want to stop using you to manage it, yet you will still get a commission for their hosting no matter what.

In addition to getting a commission for their hosting, you can also sign them to a monthly contract for hosting and managing their site. I would recommend using Intuit GoPayment because you can swipe a client's credit card directly on your smartphone to bill them on the spot. Then after that you can set them up for monthly payments that are automatically billed. Your client automatically gets e-mailed a receipt every month and you get the money deposited in your bank account.

To tie these two together, charge your client $25 a month for hosting automatically with GoPayment and then pay their hosting bill through the affiliate account you set up.

Another idea would be to signup for a hostgator reseller hosting account (many other options too) and put each of your clients on their own cPanel account. Charge them whatever you want per month or per year.
