Looking for a Programmer

I am trying to integrate infusion soft and quick sales system and multiple pay options. Can someone point in the direction of a programmer that can help?

If they can progam using php and CSS that will be very cool. The main thing is to integrate my shopping cart system and be able to change it at will. Expertise with infusionsoft and othat shopping carts will be super cool.

I suggest looking for a programmer on freelancer or DP one that doesn't get tons of work. If he is good KEEP HIM around. I delt with a lot of outsourcing programmers and it is a very bad idea to keep switching a lot or very untrustworthy when it comes to deadlines.
