direct mailer going on space available

I put out a direct mailer here in Brevard county Florida
I currently do 60,000 pieces/month
I have ad space available if someone wants to jump on for a run that goes out on sept. 1st
these are going out to residential homes

1/2 page (5-1/2" x 9-1/4") .11/house
1/4 Page (5-1/2" x 4-1/2") .06/house
1/8 Page (5-1/2" x 2-1/4") .035/house

those prices include everything
this needs to go to the printer by friday so act fact if interested

    Sounds like a Gary Halbert idea: sell ads on the mailer and get your clients to pay for the printing and mailing of your own ad. Smart!

    BTW, great moniker. Bet it really works to attract the ladies!

        If you don't have a separate product/service to advertise on it--and you ever have unsold space--find someone to do a JV with. You give them the space and then split the profits that result.

    i tend to focus on what i do well i have too much to track already
    so i find i am just best at providing a medium

      Well, you know what Dan Kennedy says about "one" of anything in business ...

      I'm curious, though: you came on here looking for advertisers with a short deadline, which I infer to mean you had some unsold space. That is a perishable resource.

      What do you do with space that is unsold?

        i have about 5 charities that i donate the space to and use what i would have charged a client as a tax write off
