What software do you use to create monthly reports for clients?

For those of you that have offline clients and provide monthly service to them, which software do you use to create nice fancy reports to send to them?

Right now I am using IBP (Internet Business Promoter) which creates great looking reports, but it really only works on 1 computer for 1 user, so I can't have my assistants help me out and each license is somewhat pricey.

(Not that price is an issue, but it adds up and I am thinking there is something else that is more of value)

I have also used WebCEO in the past and that seems to be very similar to IBP.

I am testing the free version of Traffic Travis now and will be upgrading to the Pro version next week. It looks like it does quite a bit for the price. The reports it creates are smaller and to the point instead of a lot of fluff with the others, though the fluff makes them seem more valuable.

I also can use the reports inside Google Analytics (for the clients we have analytics installed) wich are pretty detailed too.

I just heard of the SEO Powersuite tools too, but the pricing is similar to IBP so not sure if switching would be of any benefit?

So are there any other options out there that I am missing?

The keyword research part is not the important part of this equation, I have plenty of those tools. I am more interested in the SEO reports, Website Reports, Ranking reports, Competition reports...etc. Something our offline clients can see and read (or just file them away) and send us a check.

Thanks

I've found that I pretty much get all my reports from Google Analytics because they can be downloaded as a PDF and then sent right off to the client.

I am not really doing much SEO work anymore, but when I was, I used SEOMoz (SEO Software. Simplified. | SEOmoz) and found it to be very detailed and useful.

I'm a preperation junkie and I love metrics. This is how I do it--it's expensive . And worth your clients fees . Reports cost me 30-50 dollars each.

I will give you a brief outline, anyone who says thanks and pm's me I'll lay it all out for you.

Outsource this task to an analyst that owns all the tools--analysts are not marketers they work with digits. The key is always communication. The outsourcing party needs to know EXACTLY the metrics you need, and they need to be skilled enough to extract and then transform useless numbers to non analytical type business owners into action steps.

Was this too vague? Dig into it, or say thanks and pm me .

That is an option, but at that point I could just have my outsources use my IBP. Which still may be how I end up doing it.
