Website maintenance for potential offline client , what to do ?

A potential client has asked for a meeting early next week relating to maintenance of their website. I am not sure on what platform the website was designed. All that I know is is that the pages have .php
1) how do I determine the platform/ script that was used?
2) I may have to outsource the maintenance since I an only comfortable with wordpress. So who can I get to do the maintenance ?
3) Should I use a free website maintenance template from the internet to construct the maintenance agreement ?
