If you have to choose only 1 idea to pursue, what is it?
I am thinking mobile websites with QR codes and SMS because...
1) Mobile Web/QR/SMS is a major growth area of marketing
2) This is almost guaranteed to be a no risk idea for the business owner. If you're charging $200 to manage a 1000 message/month campaign, surely the bar or restaurant would get that back many times over.
3) SMS is similar to growing an email list. It is a gateway for the business owner to other upsells, namely a properly run Facebook/Groupon social campaign
4) SMS is sell once, collect many times, assuming you are doing a good job at it. Residuals, residuals, residuals.
5) Should not be difficult to duplicate across other cities.
