SMS Marketing Material & Contracts

Hey Everyone,

I was hoping someone could provide a resource where I can obtain some marketing material/templates and sample contracts for SMS clients. The reason being if you do not have a contract and something happens and the client sues you or someone sues your client for false advertisement, spam, etc... I would like to have some recourse.

Let me know and thanks in advance. If I find anything I will post.

    yup seems Avidmobile is the only one that loads you up with all the material needed
    Im actually working with getting signed up with them because of this.

      I went to their site but could not find legal and marketing material? Where on their site is that information? Thanks.

    You can find some standard contract templates on google and even microsoft word. If you want to be really confident you could probably get a lawyer to draft a contract sample for you within an hour. I used legal zoom for a lot of things.

      I copied my providers T&C and just made adjustments to it to fit what I need.
