Client Facebook issue - ideas needed
I have a client who has two facebook business pages in her business name - one was created by her, so she has control over it; one was created a few years ago by a college study group doing a marketing project using her business as the case. That one, being the older one, is the one that a search defaults to when somebody searched on my client's business name.
My client cannot find the student who put the original page together, and wants it to go away ... how can we get rid of this page when it's not under either my client's or my own control? I can't find anything about it in Facebook help and does Facebook have any real support outside of the help pages? Can't find it if they do....
Any ideas would be appreciated. We can't even update the old one because nobody has admin rights except the originator.
