I have a small call center and looking for new ways to monetize...

I started out doing college scholarship leads but it takes 6 weeks to 2 months for me to be paid for my submitted leads. Thats just too long and it's difficult to manage all the bills and payroll throughout that time.

All the callers are native english speakers and I am there with them daily to ensure quality callers.

I would prefer to do something in lead generation but if making sales are worth it I'll try it out.

Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated...

Go to craigslist. There always a tons of businesses who are trying to hire lead generators. That alone should keep you pretty busy!

Just make your services available to them.

Start calling bizs that you want to contract to and sell them on your biz service. Making Sales is where the money is, and your biz should be at the top of your client list, to make sales for.

Tons of businesses need leads and appointments. SEO/SEM, Insurance, Contractors, Exterminators... Check out LinkedIn telemarketing groups to see who's offering what. There's a ton of work happening there. Also, Craigslist as mentioned above.

    Check out linkedin and craigslist.

Are your people inbound only or are they comfortable selling outbound as well?

If your trying to sell your "lead gen" or "sales" services then do what you would for your clients. Get on a search engine make a search string of prospective industries and location i.e. "contractors + san diego" call the results and do what you do. The craigslist and linkedin options are also great. The search strings will get you more results but the directories usually convert better. Hope this helps and doesn't sound condescending.
