How to Rank High on Google Places?

I intend to offer a service where I help offline clients to rank their business on Google Places. I want to find out what are the things I need to do to achieve high ranking?

Here are a list of things I think I need to do:

1) complete the Google Place form
2) insert photos
3) generate reviews

What else have I miss?

    If you're going to offer this as a service, you need to learn your trade. Get you hands on some courses like Google Maps Cash. Read Google's best practices pages. Read what some of the people are doing here. Visit websites of companies that are doing this. Get on every list. Get every free report.

    Form a strategy you'll implement. But do all of this BEFORE you try to offer this as a service, otherwise you're just stealing business owners' money and you're making everyone here look bad.

    There's a lot more than the 3 you're listing.
