Facebook Consulting Business- Sales Materials???

I have been searching through posts but wanted to get some specific feedback on recommendations from all of you.
I currently have KALBOT that I think does a good job of producing leads for local prospects that have not claimed their FanPage OR their FanPage sucks and they really need a Custom FanPage that will generate LIKES...
The problem I have is once I get a prospect interested, they ask me to send them more details on WHY they need a Custom Fan Page, what are the benefits and What are they missing out on...
I am looking for a set of presales presentations or videos that do a job of articulating the WHY. I need help reinforcing the reasons they need to do business with me then I can go in for the close...
Does anybody have any recommendations on a good set of PRESALES TOOLS for Facebook Consulting Business so I do not have to create this series of presentations or videos from scratch?
