Recommendations for an SEO outsource service?

I've been doing SEO for myself and for offline clients for years.

My business is growing to the point where I don't have time to perform the SEO myself for all of my clients.

I tried outsourcing individual tasks. It is effective, but it takes a lot of overhead to monitor dozens of offshore resources, weeding out the bad ones from the good, and staying on top of all of their tasks.

So, I turned to the WSO, and have been using some of the more "all-encompassing" services there. I like the idea of being able to "help a brother out" and use the Warrior Forum, but I'm not getting the results I was getting when I was either doing it myself or outsourcing the individual tasks.

So now I'm turning to you guys (who do this for a living, not the folks just starting out...sorry), and asking if you have any specific services you could recommend. I'm not looking for the cheap way out...I've been there, done that. I know I need to pay for it...but what I pay for, I would like actual results.

Bottom line is I'm looking for a one-stop-shop from whom I can request dozens of jobs per month, with jobs ranging from a cheap, social bookmarking campaign, to a full-blown package of tiered linking, backlinking, PR distribution, article syndication, lots of link diversity, across a range of keywords, etc....and who delivers results for you.

If you would prefer to PM me, that's fine.

And, um, how to say this delicately?...don't refer yourself. I'm not stupid. I'm looking for a legit company that's going to be around, that is really helping some of you who run offline companies as well.

Thanks!!

  • odesk is always an option.
  • I have used ODesk extensively...that's where I've seen the success. But that's also the part where I've had the headaches of managing so many contractors at once. I'm trying to consolidate and streamline, and I don't have the confidence in the ODesk providers to get the kind of consistency and reliability I'm looking for.
  • Hi Ghalt,

There are a lot of SEO services in this forum who also have tons of positive reviews. Why don't you consider some of them? or take time to get in touch with them and create a business relationship?

Monitoring many people that is working for you is truly a headache especially if you are busy also doing other things for your business. Maybe you just need sometime to find the right service that could help you. I hope you find that service soon..Good Luck!

    • Jack - I have tried some of the WSOs here, too. There are a couple decent ones, but I'm looking for better. I don't know who else to ask (that I trust) except other offliners here at the WF. :-)

      LOL.

    • You should take him up on this offer. LOL.

I also do it, but for an outsourcing solution, I charge too much.

You said you had success on odesk, but managing it is becoming too difficult. You could also outsource for project management. Could save you the headache, all you would need to do is make sure the project manager is doing his or her job!

  • Try some guys from elance. You will get a good provider for sure.
  • I too would recommend Matt LaClear's services. His work is unmatched for the price. I have started using him for my sites, and have seen some great boosts in short time. This would keep your clients happy. If your sites dip, give them another 5k shot. Not sure if it is worth it? Give the page one and 5k packages a shot on two different sites. For the page one, send him 5 heavy competition keywords...and see what happens. For a site that is on page one, send a 5k and see a jump. I promise it will not set you back much, but should provide some awesome site movement.

    Just my 2 cents.

  • I use hubshout. Check them out. They give you your own white label dashboard where you and your clients can login and check rankings, download reports etc.

I signed up when it was a $99 set up fee but I think it just went up.

PM me if you need any help, good luck!

    • I've used rockstaradi from this forum and the Authority Link Network service from this forum. Both have done a very good job for me. IN my experince, rockstaradi provides more foundational links while ALN Service provides more of the high pr links.

I used to outsource to odesk and the problem I ran into was that I had to do too much management. Give a recommendation, do the work, give me summary of what you've done, track it over time.

Rockstaradi does all of that with one email.

So I chose speed over margin. I was watching Bar Rescue the other night and the guy said - the problem with your business is that you're watching small differences in margin instead of bringing in more revenue. There will be a time for sharpening but right now you need more revenue. And I thought that was right. Right now, I want to focus on revenue. So I chose these guys who can do the job stem to stern with very little management.
  • Submit edge does decent work if you don't mind paying a bit more
