ARE THERE PRE-MADE WORDPRESS SITES FOR OFFLINE NICHES -WHERE?

Hey guys. Thinking about dabbling in the rental site model here in my small town.

Are any of you doing this? Please share.

I am so not a technical guy so I was wondering there is somewhere I could get a pre - made wordpress site for like a hair salon, car dealer, etc. That I could just make a few minor changes to, get em ranked, and rent em?

    You can use any WordPress theme, just make sure the main focus is to capture the leads.

      It sounds like you would like tyler ericksons netspaceprofits.com but in wordpress format. His is html or php, I forget. I've installed his script and set up the directory of local businesses and lots of them are already on page one of google and I didn't even do any of the backlinking yet. Its a very interesting offline program but I am still trying to decide if I want to use netspace profits simple webpage or use wordpress which would give me a better site.

        Sounds like what might work for you are some headers. You don't need a lot of images on the pages, if you let the header do the identification of the niche.

        Then if you change out the header, you don't need a bunch of different themes.
