How to add warriors to my Google+ account?

Ok. I'm set up with Google+ and I want to create a circle which will include offline warriors.

I have my circle created but nobody is in there (obviously). So how do I invite fellow warriors to join? Do you just PM me your email addresses and I add them to the circle? Do I have to invite you first?

I'm trying to figure Google+ out just in case it's the next big Facebook.

    I heard a lot of things about Google + and I don't know what to think. Is it better or not than Facebook. I heard few days a go that this is not so popular like any other socialization websites and it may not be a big success as they were saying when they launched it. So could give me more information about this subject? Because I would like to know more, before I sign in this and make an account. Thanks in advance.
