Please forgive my ignorance on my first thread posting. I would like the ability to sell websites that are already on page 1 to local business's for a premium.
The niche's I would like to go after are Attorney's( broken down in their specialiaty), Doctors(Broken down in their speciality)
I know that I can sell this in a big way with 50 other salespeople that are waiting for me to put something together.
I can sell but I can't and do not want to figure out how to get their niche on page 1 ogf google.
What I am looking for is a joint venture with someone that can put page 1 placements with key words in ther niche already done.
If you can put the website up in a specific city, I can sell it for a premium with upsells to come.
I am very good at what I do. I need someone who can do the the first page listing first.
Thank you in adance!

I think I can understand what he means.

He wants to be a middle man between anyone who has a website which already on page 1, and with business owner which might have interest with that sort of thing.

I am very good at what I do --> How much can you sell a dentist website which ranked in 1st page in a city with 1 million population?

    Just wondering the market value

Be prepared to pay a nice sum to your JV partner. Attorney listings on page one in the 7box don't come easy.. Good business idea, but If I was to rank the sites for you I would want a hefty sum, it is a lot of work for such a competitive niche. ( I am not offering, just telling you)

Lots of these firms have in house SEO guys with nice budgets, and they don't like giving up their listing in the 7box.

The question should be how much would you want for that website? Then I would mark up from there.
If there are simpler niches to get ranked #1 rather quickly, I would sell those as well.

    Hi KBE

I lack the sales part which you are having in abundance, So I see no reason which will stop us from success together.

You are planning to rank sites first and attempt the sale after?
If so that is not a good way to do business. What about if they don't buy the site?

What I am looking for is a generic site in a particular niche, in a particular city that is already on page 1 of Google with good keywords and then go after that market. You can start out with 1 or 2 websites, see that I can do the job and then we can expand it.

    [quote=Ron Hitson;4886405]Good luck,

you and most other "SEO'ers" are going to pay dearly, and you'll be doing it with your clients money. SEO is not supposed to be used to manipulate the Search Engines and that's basically what you're going to be doing to rank webpages.

Not only is what you're doing foolish, you're soliciting people to help you in your foolishness.

If you learn what REAL SEO is and not just low level "backlinking SEO" you'll not have to sell the service(cheap, crappy backlinks) because you'll be making too much money from your own websites.

If you were to sell REAL SEO services, the only clients that could afford you would be BIG companies because the work that is involved with real SEO is so involved you will want to be well compensated. And no, you won't be outsourcing it. Unless you hire writers but these writers will not be $5 article writers, that's for sure.

I almost feel bad for small business owners that buy "SEO" services because most often all they are spending money on are low quality backlinks that are DEVALUED by Google. Each and every month, you'll always be chasing the SERP's. It's like being on a hamster wheel. It's never ending and your clients are paying for it.

    Have fun......

If you get a chance, check out these posts I wrote on SEO:

I appreciate the advice that you have given. I was just looking for a product that was already finished for the business owner. Most SEO companies charge monthly fees and do not get the job done for the client.
