Home Remodeling Company Meeting Tomorrow

I have a meeting tomorrow with a home remodeling company owner.

He already have a web site, mentioned he want to get own first
page for his keywords, keep him up there, make site updates and
a facebook fan page.

Just thought I'd ask for some other ideas because I got him to
say he want to dominate.

Dominate our hometown.

He want the most market share.

To me that's half the battle.

So if I can take him some additional options that will give him more
of an edge than his top competitors I think that will make him put ink
on a check.

Thanks for any extra ideas you can suggest.

    Well have you researched his competitors ? Do you know exactly what he wants so you know how you can overdeliever?

    I can't honestly give you advice or suggestions unless you know what he wants :S

      I only talk to him briefly like 3 minutes and he asked me for
      an appointment tomorrow. I asked him when and where.

      He briefly said first he like my vibe, do i do seo, can I help
      keep his site on page one, do i do facebook fan page designs.

      I said yes and since he was in a resturant eating I asked him
      could he go back to fb and send me the meeting place address.

      He did in minutes after we hung up. Sine then...

      I've researched keywords, competitors, their online presence
      weaknesses, their on site strengths and weakness, yp ads
      weakness, facebook fan page or not, design + call to action,
      functionality & purpose.

      There are areas his competitors are lacking in based on my
      research and he can take advantage of this.

      I want to show him how to up his competitors by doing what
      their not doing before they wake up and doing better at what
      they are doing.

      Im really just trying make sure im extra ready for a good friendly
      battle for a portion of his advertising budget.

      To be honest, I even read the guy horoscope for some extra
      general information about the owner himself trying to stack the
      deck my way
