Local SEO & Rent a Site expert - how do you find clients?

I now have a site and its getting traffic and ranking. I need A local business to claim it as soon as possible. How do I now go about getting clients to advertise on my site?

Specifically, how would you do it?

    If the site is getting leads you go to who ever is in the niche and pitch it to them.

    Not sure what type of site you have but that is the mean idea.

    You either sell the leads it generates or rent the site out to multiple business within the niche.

    You should always have your game plan already set up in your mind and also on paper, even if it's just a rough draft.

    As for finding clients to advertise on your site, I would just start targeting any businesses in your immediate area. Just go after anyone big or small.

    Once your site becomes more popular then just stick to the big fish and fous on 5 big clients instead of working with 30 small clients.

    If the site is already ranking, then you've done the hard work.

    Print out a picture of the SERPs and the search volume and start approaching local businesses in person with the pictures.

    Print out a picture of where their site ranks, and get estimated traffic... here's some stats on that:

    Google Organic Click Through Rate (CTR)

    Put together a strong case of value and proof, then find some clients, and rent the site. One of the businesses will inevitably just say, "Yes", so contact as many as you can and find the guy who wants it the most (because you will likely be able to charge them the most)

    Target those businesses that are already advertizing on adwords or places like yellow pages. They are already spending quite a lot of money in order to get noticed. You will most certainly beat the advertizing price that they are already spending, and on top of that you have already reached the target they are all striving for by ranking the website high on the search engine. You are on the winning side mate...
