Any good place for contracts, etc

Hello,

I am really curious if anyone has found a good place to get some sample contracts, and other legal documents you may need in your offline consulting business?

While I do realize some people supply "sample contracts" in their WSO courses I have found them to be a bit lacking and unprofessional.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Richard

    Hi rcallaby,

    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ed-supply.html.

Just came across this. Hope it helps. Looks very professional. Sometimes it's good to invest in something that has more quality, than getting something for free.

    Just a thought.

Which is why I said templates. Honestly, if you're going to pay for them, you might as well hire a lawyer to draft them up. It's rare that any two situations or businesses are similar enough to use the same templates, whether you pay for them or you get them for free. Templates should be just that... templates. Don't just fill in the blanks with your business name and info, but if you do.. at least hire a lawyer to look it over.

Thank you both for your responses. I highly appreciate it!

You are right that for a big contract I should hire a lawyer to have one drafted up. I was just thinking for smaller clients, like for website rentals, it may just be more easier to use a template instead. However, having a lawyer look over the template is very wise advice.

        Thanks,

        Richard
