Is anyone working with Mortgage Brokers - what are you using for loan apps

Hi we have just picked up a mortgage broker as a client and will be doing a complete package for them including a new website. One feature they want is an online loan app that they can import the data into Point - we are currently looking for the best way to do this. I have found several 3rd party services that run from $19 to $29 a month to do this.

Has anyone worked with Mortgage brokers? and if so what did you use to take online loan apps?

    Lender's Office is what my mortgage company uses. They already had it in place when I took over their online marketing. I just plugged in their existing loan application link to the new site and all works fine. Not sure what they pay for that part of the service though.
