I think my dog is either hanging out with me too much or somehow figured out how to subscribe to my newsletter. Why?

Well I told you a while ago how my dog Sammy used to go nuts over squirrels, birds, rabbits and other critters, but now she's back to the rabbits and could care less about the squirrels and others.

You may be thinking "That's great Eric, but what does your dog chasing a certain kind of animal have to do with me?"

The simple answer...Everything!

You may not be chasing squirrels or rabbits in your business, but you are chasing some kind of target market.

The one issue is unfortunately that a lot of business owners go after everyone and waste a lot of time or waste time chasing the wrong market.

We know in business, time is money, so why not use your time as wisely as possible?

One way to do that is by simply drilling down and really finding the perfect target market for your product or services.

My mission for you today if you accept, is to simply step back and identify your ideal target market.

Would love to tell you everyone is your target market, but we already know that's not true, so who is your perfect market?

Once you identified them, then start to drill deep. I mean...

What are they reading? Where do they hang out? What's going on their lives? What are their deep desires and fears and how can you solve those? What do they really want and is not offered to them currently?

There's plenty more questions to uncover the answer to, but this will get you on to a great start.

I better go see what target market my dogs chasing today.

    Great tip and I did this with the Real Estate niche. Be the Go-To Person in that industry!

    It also helps to target a niche or industry that you have some experience in or better yet passionate about! Then you got a real winner and it doesnt feel like work anymore.

    Absolutely, it's great when you can make money and enjoy what you're doing. That's the true advantage of being an entrepreneur. And definitely there's riches in niches and especially when you take those niches and dive into sub-niches.

    Questions like these really do get to the core of a prospect's problems. With this information in hand, it should be fairly easy to develop a marketing package that can get you alot of sales quickly.
