What Software Do You Guys Use?

Ok so here's the deal. I work 12 hours a day between 2 day jobs and I also have a wife and a 10 month old son. So basically, my time is limited. I get home at 8:30pm, eat dinner, take a shower, spend time with the family and if I'm lucky, it's 11pm before I get free time to do internet marketing.

What I fear is once I start getting clients for offline marketing is that I'm not going to have much time to manually rank their websites/GP so I'm looking for some good software ideas. I recently sold a couple of my old Sports Betting websites so I have some start-up cash available to reinvest into my new business.

I was thinking about taking the plunge and getting SENukeX but for $147/mo, is it really worth it? Are there better, one-time purchases out there I can get to achieve the same results? What do you guys use?

You are better off outsourcing it.

Just hire someone from the warrior for hire section to carry out the work. Much simpler.

SENuke is really just a spamming tool. I wouldn't recommend any automated software for this type of thing.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of outsourcing but in the end, I would like the SEO work to be done by me because I'd like to use whatever software I get for my own personal money sites too.

I'd like a non-spamming tool but at this point, I don't want to kill myself with manual backlinking and hours of research. So tools are needed at least until I make enough to quit my dayjob and focus just on internet marketing.

I would say that even for your own money sites to outsource the seo.

Using people from odesk you can get everything done for relatively cheap.

It might cost you $150 to outsource the SEO for a few keyword. Maybe higher or maybe lower depending on the competition of the keywords. If your money site can't make $150 a month, is it really worth paying $150 a month for SENuke?

I really do not like the automated software for SEO, but that's just me. If it is not worth outsourcing your SEO, then it isn't worth the hours of work you would put in EVEN WITH SENuke + the $150 a month?

I also agree, I would outsource, as you work with a few outsources, you will soon find ones that you like doing business with and that also do a great job, then you will soon have a team, and they will do all the backlinks etc for you, you wil also know how much it is going to cost you to outsource, so when you talk to clients you will know what price you need to sell them, if you do this right you can be making cashflow with very little work on your end in the long run, however it will take some work and time to create the team, but once its built it will be well worth it.

dminor I think you need to think about it differently.

    Ask yourself the following
    1. How much do you need each month to pay your bills?
    2. If you lost your job how many months would your saving last?
    3. Could you quit one of the two day jobs and use those free hours to do this?

The key is to get your IM/offline marketing to replace your main income. In order to do that you need to have time. If you are working two day jobs that normally means neither pays really well. So your plan needs to be to replace the two with one that does.

Now it appears you have decided to make your business be that job so now you need to get time to start running your business. And the best way if you have savings is to eliminate the lower paying of the two jobs. It all depends on your finances but in your situation that is how I would do it.

I'd do the onpage SEO myself, which is pretty easy. Then purchase link packages from the warrior for hire section or fiverr.

You have a busy schedule. If you go the outsourcing route, how much are you willing to spend to outsource the on-page SEO? Is this cost more than what it would cost you to do with the on-page SEO yourself?

I use Scrapebox, Tweet Attacks PRO, Tweet Attacks Account Creator, The Best Spinner, Senuke X, eCover software PRO, and a few other things that I can't think of right now.

However these tools can only do what YOU set them up to do.

People always try to blame the tools when things dont work out for them, but in reality, they just dont know wtf they are doing.. lol

Tweet Attacks links can be found in my sig.

You already know about Senuke X.

Scrapebox's discount link is www.scrapebox.com/cheapskate (not an affiliate link - they dont even have an affiliate program)

The Best Spinner's site is www.thebestspinner.com - BUT if you search on here, you will see a guy named "KingWarrior" who can give you a discount plus some bonus items.

eCover Software PRO's site is www.ecoversoftwarepro.com

And... I feel like I'm forgetting something.. hm oh well. lol

      This is true.

I wouldn't recommend using SE Nuke though... for $150 a month you can easily outsource everything you want to do. SE Nuke, if you don't know how to use it properly your websites will be hurt from the footprint.

@dminorfmajor, don't let the worry of how to deliver your services hold you back...

The fear of "how do I deliver" can be a real killer. Once you get the clients on board, don't promise them the earth in a few days. You will be able then to plan how you will deliver the service. I am fully behind the argument about outsourcing. Let's face it, the experts will be able to do a better job than you or me!

Matt Leclear offers a brilliant service right here on the WF and there are others offering different services cost effectively.

    Good luck

    Dave

Another service I use is Lexorsoft who offer services on a points system. Good service and also will give you a good idea of what you can expect to charge.

If you do insist on DIY, then I use Scrapebox which is a pretty effective tool and a lot more intuitive to use than many others... and it's a one-off payment too.

I also use BookMarkingDemon and Incansoft's RSSbot & Llama Spin - all one off purchases.

Thanks for all the responses guys. They've been a real big help. I think I'm just going to settle on outsourcing mainly for clients. I still think I'm going to buy 2-3 programs to help me out with customers and my personal ventures too. It's looking like Scrapebox, TheBestSpinner and maybe AMR. Those one-time purchases should be able to do almost everything SENuke does aside from forum profile links. I'll look into others that were mentioned as well.

Lol! Been there, done that. I encouraged her to write articles for me back when Ezine would let you publish articles with irrelevant backlinks in them. So she wrote an article about how awful it felt being pregnant and how husbands should be willing to help out more when their pregnant wives feel tired.

Needless to say, I picked up on her message

i would recommend senuke to you but if you are low on time you may want to have your backlink creation outsourced. I do offer some seo campaign management if you would like me to help pm me and we can discuss.

senuke does have a high learning curve and it would take you a few months to get ramped up quickly.

Possibly take a couple of hours and verbally record the steps from A to Z that you would take to provide SEO for your client. Have those steps transcribed by an outsourcer. Once the first clients are signed up, outsource these written tasks so your main role becomes sales and overall project management. Ask yourself how you would want your own site handled if you hired a service provider; then outline these steps and deliver them for your clients.
